Who We Are The Illinois Network of Charter Schools is dedicated to the improvement of public education by establishing high-quality charter public schools that transform lives and communities. As the voice of Illinois charter schools, INCS advocates for legislation on behalf of the charter sector, provides support to strengthen charter schools, and influences education policy for the benefit of all public school students. About INCS Empowering Families Each charter public school is unique – both inside and out. Some may focus on college prep, some are STEM focused, and others integrate the arts into each subject. While the possibilities are endless, charter public schools aim to provide a range of options so that parents can choose the school that best fits their child’s needs. The mission and staff have transformed me into an individual who seeks greatness.
